Early Childhood Musical Enrichment
The meat and potatoes of Marc's "same ol' same ol,' "- Marc's 9 to 5," his "daily grind"- involves plopping down on the floor with a pile of 2-5 year olds, grabbing ahold of his guitar, puppets, flutes, whistles, and percussion instruments, and making kids smile, helping them communicate with the big scary world out there!
Along this daily musical journey, required curriculum is creatively and spontaneously supported through age appropriate songs and creative movement, along with belly laughs and never ending smiles. In fact, things can sometimes get darn right silly!
Kids sing and are engaged in English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, West African Chant and make believe languages! Instruments from around the globe are discussed and shared. Quite often, Cookie Monster interrupts the entire affair to sing his humorous and error filled version of the ABC's.
If you are a school, institution or Department of Parks and Recreation and believe that music can truly make a difference in the life of a child, give Marc a shout to discuss weekly enrichment for your client base. 20 years of fine references available upon request!
…I am a child, I'll last a while. You can't conceive of the pleasure in my smile…
